Sir I have a home in Kolkata. My son's marrige done in Kolkata.since two year my son's wife live in Kolkata in her parents home and her family taken my house broken lock.My wife send a police complain in Kolkata police station but not taken any action now what I do...if I go there they can destroy me... RCR pass in my sons favore......my sons marrige done on25.04.2012. Now what I do .....help me......please...

I think this is your second query based on the similar facts , you file a case of burglary or the criminal trespass against the wife of your son and also record her conversation if she threatens for any illegal things .

If she has denied RCR the it's a ground for divorce therefore divorce on basis of cruelty and dessertion can be filed instantly.Besides that if she has broken the locks and went in your house then immediately you can get complaint registered against her if it's your property and not your sons property.There are other remedies as wel please contact for further details thanks.

Hi, if the police is not taking any action against the miscreants, you may move to court and file an application under 156(3) CR P C for direction to police for filing FIR. If the wife does not join till one year of RCR decree, you may move for divorce case.
