Dads bother threatening us and troubling us what can I do.

My dads brother family broken my compound wall so me and my dad,mom asked why are you doing like this so suddenly they pushed my homes gate and threatened by saying we will kill you and your family members soon and also they broken the gate lock,thrown the soap oil,chair etc after this we gone to the police station but they didn't take action on my opposite party.Even they didn't give memo for my parents to get treatment.After broken the compound wall by my dads brother family it is opened so stranger is entering easily so here we need safety.We are having proper documents but opposite party is saying that compound wall place is belong to us but this is not true we have pakka documents regarding this. 1.what shall I do regarding this case? 2.I have evidence of photo copy done by opposite party so with the help of this what shall I do,where shall I approach? 3)what are the possibilities to solve this problem? 4)again they are threating so how shall I put a full stop to the opp party

Have you given complaint in the police station in detailed manner?Breaking the compound wall and entering in to the house is a criminal tress pass.for which a person shall be punished .and also threatend to life also a punishable offence.Go to the police station with your Advocate and file a case against your father's brother.if the local police is not ready to accept your complaint immediately go to the Commissioner's office and give the complaint .don't worry you will get justice.
