Sir a case was filed of cyber crime in 2021 and i was arrested on the base of ip address.. I got bail aftr 12 days and then till now I haven't received any summon or notice neither my lawyer inform me about anything? And as per e-Courts side it's showing status_case disposed..
So sir I want to know that what's the reason for not getting any notice or summon or date from court?
Does that means my case has been closed??
Also sir I want to police character certificate so will it show in my pps
cyber crimes and digital and financial frauds are in especially after Corona. it is natural for the police to arrest you you are liable for imprisonment and fine because these days people are making money through digital and cyber

if you got the bail and didn't get the summon from the court it's doesn't Mean that case is disposed, may be investigation doesn't complete you should contact to investigation officer or ask to your lawyer for fill status report in the court regarding this.

You did a great job by sending a letter to SP on the said matter. However, in addition to it, you can-
1) Approach the local police station and write about the same or send them through the registered post.
2)Secure and keep all the relevant chats/texts and call recording done between your wife and u showing her demanding money and blackmailing too.
3)You can seek redresaal through mediation as it is binding if your wife too gives consent.
Rest you need to defend you already instituted case in careful manner. best luck
