Current a/c opened with fake signatures by another director

20-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear Sir/Mam I am a Director of a company. My business partner, who is also a Director in the company. My complaint is about that my partner opened a current a/c in a Bank without informing me and by making my fake signature on Board Resolution and on my Aadhar copy. And when I came to know from him mistakenly on telephonic call so I questioned him about it and he tried to convince me that you signed the documents and you acting like innocent then I avoided because I was in job and kept busy many times and wanted to avoid any conflict with him. I arranged the a/c opening documents When I checked Board Resolution I was surprised to see my fake signature and I saw my aadhar copy, it had my original signatures and one fake signature also which were not matching to my originals at all. Then I called Yes Bank and raised my complaint about how they verified my signature, no revert from them. I filed complaint with RBI too. In such situation what options I have. Thank you

hello client as i have read ur spacific query as you have been cheated by your own business partner . who have created a fake documented yes bank current account was opened without your knowledge.
as you have also done complaint to RBI till now no action . your complaint to yes bank is also non responsive till now. in my views its a criminal act as financial crime is been dine against you by your own partner. in this matter you should file a ceiminal complaint against your partner as well as well as against to bank so yhis forgery can be punished by court for more accuurate action in this regards need to go through full documentation .

I would advise you to lodge a complaint for forgery and cheating against the concerned director and insist for registering an FIR. It's a case of forgery with an intent to cheat and thus relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code be invoked

First of all, file a police complaint about the same.
Write all the information in this regards and I hope police will register your complaint.
You can also proceed against the bank as per law.
Certain other options are also available to you , which can only be decided after proper discussion.
