Cross Examination procedure of Main witness.

Dear Sir, I wish to know that that as per CrPC , In the event of Cross examination of the main witness ( Chief witness), the presence of Judicial magistrate is necessary or not. Because in my case the whole process was carried out in the absence of the Judicial Magistrate. If Judicial Magistrate is required to be present , then in my case, Where I should report this procedural lapse.

this is not the complete detail to find out that whether something ultra virus is happened or not so it's good for you to consult with a lawyer immediately and if we just go through with your question then you have to go in high Court under section 482 of the crpc
