Dear sir r madam I got judgement favour of my side on 498a as now she appealed judgement in Viii district court in chittor sent notice I have received unfortunately my mother n sister not staying at the address notice not rcvd due t tht her advocate mentioned t appoint Commission filled application t visit the address as only tenent available no one else is t k if thy come kindly advice

Dear Sir,
If not now, after few days notices from Court will be served on all the concerned persons. Better to appear voluntarily and take strong exception or defence before the District Court. Thus, there are chances of earlier disposal in your favour and thereafter both the parties have an opportunity to approach the High Court by the aggrieved party.
