Criminal Revision petition Filled Has P.C.R

We are respondent in the case. The case was dismissed in magistrate court. Petitioner has filled appeal in sessions judge. We had recieved notice and we had attended the court and we had filled objections. The next stage is arguments . So can you please explain what will be the process after this.

The court will hear the arguments of both the sides and decide whether the order passed by the magistrate court is correct or wrong if it comes to conclusion that the magistrate court order is correct then the appeal filed will be dismissed and if it decides that the lower court order was not correct then the court will cancel or set aside the order of dismissel and the case of petitioner will be restored.
