criminal revision can be filed with an application for exemption from surrender on account of compromise. in this manner you can get relief from the High Court . the application for exemption from surrender would be an application 482 of criminal procedure code and the criminal revision would be under section 397 of code of criminal procedure.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has already clarified the position that offence u/s 138 NI Act can be compounded on the basis of compromise between the parties even after conviction.
A joint application will do the needful before High Court.
