Criminal defamation against false FIR

One person filed a false case against me under SC&ST(Atrocities act). The court disposed off the case noting that the case was false. I want to file complaint under section 182,211 and 500 IPC 1860. Please tell me the detailed process of how to proceed?

You can successfully file a case against that person you defamed you in the society and if the court itself has disposed off the case then you are at the advantage. You have to file a detailed complaint with the address of the other party (for summoning) to the magistrate of your area. For any other legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as i can see your issue is seriouslt an important issue and really its a attempt to harm your reputation . in this matter you need to file a case in court tht is also in the same juridiction from where your case got delisposed off .

The provisions you’ve mentioned talk about criminal offence and entail punishments. You can proceed with them as well and in addition to that I would suggest that you go for filing a suit claiming compensation for tort of malicious prosecution. This would enable you claim atleast something for yourself in order to somehow compensate for the loss of reputation that you’ve suffered. Kindly contact if you feel appropriate.
