Criminal cheating offense of non repayment of loan

Dear Sir,
I am Syed Irfan working at Upwards Capital pvt Ltd. (here in after referred to
as“UCPL”/ “Complainant”), Address: 501-A Pinnacle Corporate Park, BKC, Bandra (East),
Vill Kole Kalyan, Nr. Trade Centre, Mumbai - 400051.I am writing his complaint on behalf of
UCPL, to lodge an FIR against the following persons for a vailing loan facility with dishonest
intention from the complainant and they never had the intention of repaying it, also they
misappropriated the loan amount. Please help me?
hi if the customer is not repaying the amount then you could send legal notice to the customers asking them to repay the money and if they had not repaid the amount then you could file suit for recovery of money

wat is the loan amount,first we should give complaint in the police station after registering FIR,we can fight the case in court,from court summons will sends to accused address l,after receiving summons if accused will not appear in court,Arrest warrant will issue frm court,come to office will discuss di matter
