Criminal case under section 34,409 IPC ,66 c,d IT Act will be quashed when chargesheet filed against accused in court . What are the documents required for quashing petition. Is there any lawyer in Lucknow high court

You may prefer an application u/s 482 CrPC in the High Court, Lucknow. Hon'ble High Court has inherent powers to quash all the proceeding against you. Documents required are a copy of the FIR, chargesheet, summoning order, identity proof of deponent, and vakalatnama.
