Hi,

if there is white collar provision in bank than you have submit before the bank that a criminal case is pending against you. I think it is not a ground to disqualify you. the better idea is you should compromise as earliest as possible. after compromise you may or may not mention.

If you both want to quash the FIR, the petition has to be filed by you before the concerned high court. After filing the petition, notice will be issued to the other party who is complainant, his statement will be recorded in the court and FIR will be quashed. There might be chances that some penalty will be imposed upon you. Revert me. All the best.

It depends on what the Affidavit and agreement you and the recruiting Bank has. But if it is a Nationalized bank usually there will some problems in joining. However both you and the complainant wanted to quash the case a compromise agreement could be arrived and based on that you can apply a Petition to quash the FIR before the concerned High Court. so in later part even if some one questions about the criminal complaint you could bring them the quash order.
