Criminal Case of section 420 & 120

Dear Sir I bought garments from one vendor thru one Agent, When i told that vendor take your good back he refused to take back so I talk with Agent and give all goods to Agent with Bill of agent firm. Agent did not paid to vandor and vendor file 420 and 120 Case against me. Court give me bail against my passport now how can I take my passport back. because I got good Job in abroad and they require PCC also please help me to come out with in this week.

ok I got your point but here dealing with agent through or direct purchased some good it's not cleared now' you have defective brought good to vender so now you can share your details waise history therefore I will give you advice

You will have to file a Bail modification application before the concerned court and you will have to take permission from the court to visit abroad. You will also have to submit the itinerary before the Hon'ble Court and will have to state the proper reasons. if you have got the job then you will have to submit the job offer letter.
