In such cases where facts aren't clear it's always better to bring the facts in a crisp and precise manner before the Hon'ble court. However since the complete facts and circumstances of the case is missing in your query, it would be better if you connect for a detailed discussion and seek opinion on that basis

Hello. Your query is incomplete and not clear as to what is it that you are seeking and what is the status of the matter. Whether chargesheet has been filed or not. The High Court will not take any statement. Whether trial has started? Please reach out to discuss in detail.

Your question is not clear, but, I think it is regarding the quashing of an E FIR which is wrongly registered under the provision of theft while you claim that it should have been registered under the provisions of cheating. For proper legal advice the details of your case are much necessary. please provide the complete details.

My experience can be seen on my profile. I have handled various such matters. While your query does throw some light however, i would want to discuss this further with you. If you are the complainant, you can get this monitored or file a protest petition. I would want to have a call with you to understand this issue further.
