Criminal case for negligence in official land sale

I am retired CS and Law officer of a GOI enterprise, since the company was a sick company, BIFR among other directives to revive the company directed the company to sell its properties & use the proceeds to run the company. An ASset sales committee with 5 members was created in early 2000 and I was part of the committe & an authorised signatory with CMD of the company heading the committe. We sold the property after complete due diligence & involved a external consultant to evaluate the property rates & land use, based on recommendation committe decided to sell the advertise and request for bids. Everything mentioned in bid documents was as per law & can be proved in any court, but due to vested interests of some people both inside the firm & outside the firm, baseless allegations were made against the working of the ASC & subsequently I was suspended for a period of 4 years. Now an enquiry is running on the matter under 420 crpc, so I seek help,I can explain the matter at length.
