Hi I have missed my 3 EMI .does bank charge me criminal case .what can I do when I am not in position to pay rightnow

Bank would not charge you for a criminal offence. Bank will send you a notice and recovery from drt. Please share complete details for proper and best legal advice Please feel free to contact for further assistance
