Criminal case for harassing me

Dear Sir / Madam , I have made an complaint under Criminal case for harassing me at Trichy Police Station when I went to see my daughter and son as they live with my wife in wife's mother home at Trichy and I live in Walajapet T.K , Vellore Dist. which is 300 KM away. As divorce case is going on from last few months. If I want to file an case against them in the Court I file it in my place in Walajapet T.K as there is an life threat by them for me and I have mentioned the same in my police complaint. Can an acknowledgement of online complaint to the police station can be used in court instead of CSR which we get from police station while making written complaint in direct at the police station. Pls advise , if any question pls ask me. regs
First of all your question is not clear .on whom the police complaint has been lodged.where it has been lodged. Under what section of the IPC? Whether Fir has been lodged or not? Since your is not clear I'm not able to a answer your question.

online complaint can be taken as CSR court will accept them but u ve not mentioned for what purpose u need to give complaint whether to transfer the case or to take custody of your child ? u r confused tell me what you think to do?
