Criminal case filed and complainant did not appear what to do now

In a case the complanent not appear for evidence.Court issued NBW against him. What i do? next prociding for quesh that case.

Yes there is a provision provided under CrPC . Further in various judgments it is observed that if the complaint is not interested in prosecution there is need to harrass the accused till perpetuity..

Case can only be quashed when no evidence is done , and may dates have gone by after NBW thne you can pray to the court for successful closure of case due to non availability of complainant or evidence.

Challenge the summoning order as well as the nbw issued against you in high court, under section 483 code of criminal procedure in the Hon'ble High Court as well as stay application for the nbw and entire proceedings of your case.
