Criminal case eligibility for govt jobs

A case registered against me u/s 420 of ipc by police warrent, got police custody and judicial custody (before chargesheet filed). As on today the case status is disposed. nature of case disposal is uncontested - disposed otherwise. Now i want to apply for government job. I'm eligible for govt job?

1) Yes,
2) You can apply for Government job and also eligible for applying.
3) But what court has mentioned in its order is important.Therefore you can obtain certified copy of final order from court.

if any case if conviction happen means you cannot apply for trial stage your case is running still in the criminal case action have Court has been caused then go any government job you cannot apply 4 at the time of if conviction order has been possible

you can apply for the any government job, even no need to waiting for the appeal period, you should maintain the certified copy of the order and it will help to show during the police verification in future .

Yes, you are. But then too, if any Emoloyer rejects you, then you have to file a case against that Employer for not giving you a fair chance to get employeed with that Employer itself. Petty crimes of past & as such, uncontested cases by the complainant don't create impact usually as & when it comes to getting emoloyed with a Government Organisation.
