Jamanat milna nahi milna ye case k story and investigation par nirbhar hota hai .vaise apko jaldi hai to ap bina challan pesh hue bhi jamanat laga sakte ho .lower court (JMFC) se jamanat nahi milega , lekin session court se chance hai ki mil jaye .

for the person who is in Farari he can get anticipatory bail and for the person who is arrested they can also apply for bail before the Chalan but there is high chances of rejection so chalan aane se pehle bhi bail lagaya ja sakta hai high chances rehte rejection ke magar lagane me koi rok nahi hai aur farar hai unki arresting nahi hui hai is lie unko anticipatory bail apply karna hoga
