आप अगर 10th और 12th ka change करवा सकते है तो वो ज्यादा आसान रहेगा चेंज करवा कर डुप्लीकेट निकलवा सकते है अगर आधार में बदलवाना है आपको गैजेट नोटिफिकेशन करवा कर करना पड़ेगा और साथ ही में सारी चीज़ में बदलवाना पड़ेगा बैंक आधार कॉलेज पैन और जिसमें भी ओग अगर 10th 12th में हो जाए तो ज्यादा अच्छा रहेगा
Q: वसीयत के अनुसार संम्पति पर नाम चलवाने के लिए
मेरे परदादा जी ने मेरे पिता जी के नाम पर अपनी स्वअर्जित संम्पति का वसीयत बना दिया था सन् 1989 में और उनके मृत्यु 1991-92 के बाद उस संम्पति पर वसीयत के हीसाब से मेरी परदादी का नाम होना चाहिए था और फिर उनकी भी मृत्यु हो सन् 1996-97 में हो जाने के पश्चात केवल मेरे पिता जी का नाम उस संम्पति पर होना चाहिए था, पर ऐसा कुछ होने के बजाय मेरी बुआओं के नाम भी उस संम्पति पर सन् 1992-93 में ही चढ़ा दिया गया है और मेरी बुआऐं अपना नाम उस संम्पति पर हटवाने को तैयार नहीं हो रहे हैं और मुझे उनके नाम उस संम्पति पर से हटवा कर वसीयत के अनुसार केवल मेरे पिता जी का नाम रहने देना है

वसीयत आपके पर दादा के नाम पर थी उनकी मृत्यु के पश्चात नाम उनकी पत्नी यानि आपकी पर दादी और उनके पुत्र पुत्री सभी का आता क्यों कि उन्होंने वसीयत कर के नहीं लिखा था किसी एक का नाम , मृत्यु के बाद पत्नी और सभी बच्चे दावेदार होते है , परन्तु वंशावली के हिसाब से होती चीज़ें उस समय की वंशावली और बयान के हिसाब से होती, अभी आप सारे पेपर ले कर उसी सिविल कोर्ट में चलाएंगे करने का प्रयास कर सकते है
