Criminal Case and Government Job

In 2021 a FIR on IPC 306 is Registered against me.and police arrest me an jail me for 55 days. Then a got my bail. If I apply ga government job and crack Written and Interview. Can employer Rejected me for my criminal case. Note When I online apply for Job there are no option regarding the court case. Please help me..

dear client as per your query since the FIR was lodged against you and also you got anticipatory bail but still your is pending in court is chargesheet filed you can apply in High court for quashing of the case as you cannot appear in government examination because during verification you will be caught.....
