In case if only the FIR has been lodged in this matter we may directly file a criminal petition before the High Court and in case of chargesheet has been prepared by the investigating officer in that case we may challenge the entire criminal proceedings before the honourable High Court under section 528 of the BNSS

If you believe that a false FIR has been lodged against you under IPC Sections 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 120B (criminal conspiracy), you have the option to approach the High Court under Section 482 CrPC to file a petition for quashing of the FIR. You will need to collect all evidence proving your innocence and showing that the complaint is baseless or malicious. Additionally, you should cooperate with the investigation and consider applying for anticipatory bail to avoid arrest while the matter is pending. It is strongly advised that you engage an experienced criminal lawyer to prepare a strong case for quashing and to represent you during any inquiry or court proceedings. Do not ignore any police notices or summons.
