Criminal appeal filed u/s 389 read with 482 of Code of CrPr 1973 :


24-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I filed appeal in a HC through a lawyer. Appeal was filed in the name of his junior. Now the main advocate got appointed as Attorney General in GOI New Delhi & not practicing in the city. Jr.advocate who filed appeal 15 yrs ago in his name has started his own independent practice. Sr. advocate office is having all files/appeal papers. I wanted that my appeal be represented in HC by some new lawyer. How can I take back my file/appeal :Case in Gujrat
