Dear Client, if your washing machine is not working, firstly you should intimate the seller. If he is not responding or saying not to replace, then you must issue a legal notice where you may consult for such notice and proper legal and needful legal action.

Sir, You should immediately file a legal notice to them stating the daulty machinery and also ask for refund in the notice and also the legal expenses for the issuance of the legal notice. You may also ask them for the interest on the amount that you have paid against the washing machine. Thanks and Regards
