I understand your question u have to upskond other wise police will Aressest u so which police station FIR is registered u have to give me info and take bail from court and face it once police filed a FIR u get Antisepatory bail only once police lodge a FIR against you get anticipatory bail from court trail court will not give you bail only in high court you will get ur bail. if any cctv is there when you made that INCIDENT then police will red handedly caught you. if you did that incedent alone or with anybody or did nearby people saw u commit the SCENE these are all important points to get a bail it is not easy to get if u face trails in Cession court then only u have to prove aquital of this case. thank u for asking question through law rato
