Over two years I have been harassed by my family members and neighbors to force me into “marrying” the son of a BJP Politician. I started living separately, and installed CCTV cameras at my residence. On 5th July, the CCTV cameras were hampered . A mob of 11 people surrounded me with the intention of forcefully handing me over to . I have left Aligarh. The police has not filed my FIR & my lawyer and NGO love commando whom I paid 90k has no case file number for the protection order.

Your matter is extremely serious and amounts to criminal intimidation, harassment, unlawful confinement, and attempt of forced marriage which is an offence under IPC and BNS 2023. If police has refused to lodge FIR, you can file a direct complaint u/s 156(3) CrPC before the Magistrate to get FIR registered. You may also approach the High Court under Article 226/482 for immediate protection orders and police protection. Since your right to life and liberty under Article 21 is at stake, the court can issue urgent directions. Preserve all CCTV/electronic evidence and maintain written records of harassment. You can also seek help from State Women’s Commission and NHRC. Do not delay—file a complaint in writing before the CJM/DM to ensure immediate safety.

okay . now if you want protection order from high court and there is a procedure which needs to followed by a person before approaching high court for the purpose of protection order and as such you should comply the instructions given by us then will file the protection case before the high court.

You directly approach High court of Allahabad through a petition requesting for protection and filing of FIR. you will get both relief. but do approach only a high court lawyer. There is a landmark case of Lalita kumari. Alternatively you shud write to SSP office also first requesting for both the relief. Send ur representation by registered post and in person and get the receiving for the same.

this is serious subject matter and before this I would like to suggest you kindly send a application for your security for your harassment to local police station and to concerned police officers circle officer to pretendant police second thing is that you but you must be mention all the thing in your application and file complaint against person who harassing and then file it is against them for more detail kindly contact me
