Court orders during court closure

I have got a bail on a condition that i should mark my attendance of every 5th of month with SHO of police station. For last two months i didn't mark since it was lockdown. This month since tje court's are closes should i go and mark my attendance near SHO at police station or not?

Yes, otherwise if police reports then your bail may be cancelled. Attendance during lockdown period may be excused but not now. The complainant if knows this may also approach court through PP. it depends upon condition imposed in bail order, if court ordered to visit till filing of charge sheet or if time is fixed for 60 or 90 days, anyhow consult with your Advocate about it and get confirm
