I have ipc 353 case whose status is case disposed nature of disposal put up after final report. While applying MBA admission it is asking to declare no proceedings pending. Shall I declare that there are no proceedings pending?

Because once criminal case lodged in court of law it should be decided,Hence clarify you once again for Moreover you have to know about your case what at present status.

As there is a criminal case proceedings pending against you and the court has allowed the police investigation office to put up a final report, hence you cannot declare false information as no proceedings pending. You can try to convince that you have been wrongly fit into this case.

Dear Sir,
The status disposed is shown when you are on bail and court orders to put up the case after final report. Such status will be given during the pendency of investigation. After filing charge sheet it will be given CC Number and again shown on the internet. You may consult in person.
