Case filed u/s 406 420 120b 35 of ipc.
Statement recorded u/s 200 of crpc and order given for further investigation u/s 202 crpc.
Police investigated and submitted report to court.
Court is not passing order since 2 years. What to do so court will pass order.

hello client as i can see yr issue is serious i agree . as you are saying its more then 2 years no order passed so in that manner i think so need to take a steps tht court may get bound to pass an order and your matter may get finalised.
