Court fines and garnishment procedures

Ok I caught a case where they came to my house for my boyfriend for not registering as a violent offender I was not home and neither was my kid well he got taken to jail n I got charged with drug parefenilia and child endangerment cuz I guess he had drugs in my house.... I have the child endangerment dismissed and the drug charges down to only parefenilia charge and pled guilty .....but then the lead cop on the case was found incredible for misconduct and all his cases where thrown out so can they still charge me for the fines that go along with that case?? Cuz they have started to garnish my checks now for it.

The case which was registered against you for drug paraphernalia must be prayed from the high court to quash the chargesheet/FIR and further proceedings and also get a stay of the previous adverse order(s) made against you by the concerned court. The misconduct of investigation officer itslef makes the investigation doubtful.

It seem your case is beyond Indian jurisdiction therefore u need to hire an advocate nearby ! In India such cases come under NDPS, I.e THE NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC. SUBSTANCES ACT, 1985 Anyways plz b in touch if your case is within Indian jurisdiction
