Court fees for civil and criminal case

Sir/ma'am I want a confirmation on what exactly is a court fee imposed on. Does it include the compensation we want against our problem. Or it's just on our disputed land. Also do let me know about the court fee in civil and criminal cases. Thanks for the help.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that the court fees depend upon case to case and the oath commissioner can direct you upon this or you can check online for this as discussed in your query it's about land and if it's about the title of that particular land court has the discretion to deposit the amount of the said land to share your bona fide for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
