If any FIR has been registerd against u then ub have to file for anticipatory bail in high court/District court .There may be a possibility that some complaint may have been sent by any customer to the police .You can go for quashing of FIR if any registerd against u .If any legal notice has been sent then deny the allegations .

Is their any FIR is registered or not . or police called you or not for recording any statement in investigation. if you are thinking that FIR has been registered then go for anticipatory bail and try to gate as many as possible evidence which support you .

first of all you have to secure a order of anticipatory bail to prevent yourself from getting arrested. You should make a written submission to police show that you was not having knowledge of your partner's fraud and not benefitted by this fraud.
