I was Convicted under Section 27B of NDPS in 2020, the Case was closed with Plea order after I paid the fine at the Court, Its Been 2 years Now, And I want to Apply for Employment Abroad, So Is it Compulsory to Mention the Same For Employment Visa?

Dear sir,

Normally it was only ended by imposing fine amount so it will be considered as petty case. secondly since 2 years already over so you need not mention about it in your visa form. If it was detected during police verification and visa is rejected then approach and get favourable notice.
