Consent taken after hiding the truth about marriage already fixed

I am a 28 years old girl. In 2017, I had a brief relationship with a guy who was my friend since 5 years. At the point of when our relationship started, his marriage was already fixed and he never stated that clearly. Will it be considered sex on the wrong pretext? Because had he clearly told me his marriage was already fixed to a woman, I would have never ever got involved with him, let alone get intimate. When he fully revealed his marriage is fixed, he asked me to meet in private to which I said No. A day before his marriage, I confronted him about all this (Whatsapp conversation) and he said "what can I do now?" and "hope you understand the sensitivity of a situation" as he was getting married the next day. According to my experience and understanding, he not only had chanced upon sex by hiding the truth but also breached my trust as a friend of 5 years. Do I have any legal options here?
Hello, I have perused your query. In these circumstances, you have an option of suing the person for sex on the pretext of marriage i.e. rape and a blow to the honour of a woman. You can also sue the said person for mental agony, pain, emotional distress etc. alongside.
