I met a boy where he made fake profile . We talked and started to meet dere he focrefully made relation in his car dereafter i founď all details are fake his job and area dn in dec we again meet and he felt sorry and propose me for marriage ours family met meanwhile we got intimate but later his family refused and he told he is already married his divorce case will be settled soon but i got shocked and he marry me in local temple where marriage he wore managalsutra ring and sindoor as pandit jii asked certificate we dont have .he accepted me his wife but his divorce was still pending. Now after marriage he started to fight over pity issues and blocked me from everywhere his sister is in police who also threatened me. The boy threatened me he will commit suicide if i go legal. Please suggest all legal aspects and sections in detail

client as you are saying that you have been cheated by a boy who is cheating you with the emotional attyachar on you .with the saying that if you dare to take any legal step against him them he will commit suicide.so in this matter you must take legal steps against him so you are able to take you life in safe mode other wise your life may also be in threat.you should take legal action against the person.

Hi first of all what had happened and all what did he say and all what did the family say and all which year did this all taken place and all did ur family know all about what are they saying and all u have a rite to file a case against him for threaten and all u can also file a fir and all a complaint also in the local police station against him and his family members and all

Mam,
First of all the boy cheated you by making false and fake profile over social media, forced you to make a relationship. now as you are legally wedded wife of him, although his divorce case is sub-judice.

You could first take any steps against him, no police officer could stop you from doing so. you could lodge cases under criminal law IPC and 125 CrPC
Even You could go for maintenance u/s 24 of Hindu Marriage Act.
even if he commits suicide you could not be charged because taking legal action in the court of Law doesn't amount to abatement to suicide.
