Consensual Physical Relationship

I was fallen in love with a mature woman for two years had physical relationships between us, after two years we break up our relations and I married another woman after my marriage the lady filed a case against me under IPC 376 then I got arrested and the court was remanded me after 28 days I got bail from HC, is it an offence or not? what is the future of this case?
it is called consented rape which is not an offence in the eye of law. the lady may be given a statement to the police that you were given false promises to her to have sexual relationship with her. as per the verdicts of the supreme court to have sex with the assurance of promise to marry is not an offence.
