Compromise on non cognizable criminal case.

An incident took place in which two people fought. A FIR and a cross FIR was filed from both the sides. The sections implied were non cognizable offense. Now both the sides want to compromise, but the FIR has been sent to Court. now how to compromise in this case ??

your question is two people fight and both the people has filed FIR and section implied were non congnizable offence and according to you both side wants to compromise and fIR has been sent to court and you want remedy from this

compromise can be filed in court. the court has power to close the case on the basis of compromise between the parties.
however, you should have given all the details of the criminal sections and the gist regarding the issue so that a proper reply can be given. but it seems to be seeking complete remedy by giving an incomplete information
