Complaint regarding siddharth singh hor continually harassing

29-Aug-2025 (In Criminal Law)
Over the past few days, Siddharth has been harassing me and repeatedly asking me to vacate the flat. On [date], the situation escalated when he forcibly broke the latch of my room and barged in without my consent. Once inside, he verbally abused me in an aggressive and insulting manner. The most alarming part is that he then picked up a bed table with metallic stands and threatened to smash me with it. At that moment, I genuinely feared he would cause me grievous injury or even kill me.

Go to the nearest police station and submit the written complaint. Would you like me to draft a more formal FIR version with your personal details included? Save CCTV footage if available. Record audio or video if such harassment happens again. Keep screenshots of abusive messages or calls, if any Photograph

From your facts, the conduct clearly amounts to criminal intimidation, trespass, and threat to life. Breaking into your room without consent falls under house-trespass (Sec. 354, 355 & 356 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 – earlier IPC 448/452). Verbal abuse and threats with a metallic object to cause injury is covered under criminal intimidation (Sec. 351 & 352 BNS – earlier IPC 503/506). Attempting to hit you with an object may also amount to attempt to cause grievous hurt (Sec. 111 & 115(2) BNS – earlier IPC 325/326 read with 307 if intention to kill is proved). You should immediately: 1. File a written complaint / FIR at your local police station narrating the entire incident with date and time. 2. Collect any witnesses, CCTV, or photographic evidence supporting the trespass and threats. 3. Mention in the FIR that you fear for your life and safety, so that police can add stronger sections and provide protection. 4. If police do not act, you may approach the Magistrate under Sec. 173 BNS (old 156(3) CrPC) for court direction to register FIR. 5. Simultaneously, you may seek injunction / restraining order from the civil court to stop the person from entering or disturbing your possession of the flat. This is a serious cognizable offence, so do not delay in filing the complaint. Police are bound to take action when life threats and criminal trespass are involved
