Complaint of fraud against Educational institute and its Principal

I took admission in a course in sep 2021 and its a 2 year degree course , i paid 2.1 Lakh out of 3 Lakh fees also but its been 4 years since admission but no degree is issued and not refunding fees also. the degree program is ran by an individual under his private institution in partner with a college affiliated with University of Mumbai. If asked for degree only dates are given by the course coordinator. the degree should have been issued in 2023 or 2024 start . No students has got degree yet.
Explain more about the course detail , Have your registration with mumbai university was done during taking admission, How many semester was there, Result has been declared or not ? Kindly explain in brief .

Well, you guys can file a PIL in Bombay High Court! Once you file the PIL and highlight this issue before Media, then, all the Students will start getting Degrees. Students can seek monetary compensation too for the delay which has occurred in issuing the Degrees!

Well, all Students need to gather together and file a PIL against this injustice, that, they have still not got Degrees, which is spoiling their Career, which needs to be protected under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution!
