Agar aap ke khilaf koi 156(3) ke tahat farzi complain kar de aur case magistrate ke order ke baad as a complaint case darj ho jaye to apne bachav me hum kya kar sakte hain
अगर कोर्ट परिवाद में सम्मन जारी करती है और आप ये साबित कर सकते हो की आपके उपर लगाया गया मुकदमा फर्जी है तो आप उच्च में जाकर अपनी बात कह सकते हैं,
उच्च न्यायालय को अगर लगा कि आपके उपर लगाया मुकदमा फर्जी है तो उच्च न्यायालय लोअर कोर्ट के आदेश को खारिज कर skti hai
