Complaint against the false FIR filed

A false fir registered against me .I submitted proofs to prove that such fir not true through higher officials. Now what do.can I go to court against police/who complaint
First you have to move a writ in High court for quashing of FIR ,if the court found any substance in your contention then the FIR will be quashed as per merit ,after this you could take initiative as per law .
