Complaint against the class teacher for beating up the child

my daughter is beaten by class teacher very hard in front of whole class now she is crying continuously. she is in 12th class. what to do. i want to take strict action .please suggest.

Hi, You need to Immidiately get medical of your child done. Moreover make a complaint to Police and as soon as possible register an FIR. For more information feel free to have a word with me All the best

Respected Mam, First file the first information report in the concerned police station and then contact us so that proper case and suit against her in the concerned court so that concerned school is warned.

Hello, You may approach to the concerned police station to file a complaint on this issue. No teacher has a right to beat a student.
