Hello sir/madam,mere brother ki bail ho gi thi or ab victim ne bht preshan kar rkha h usne jhuti complaint dali h bail cancellation ke liye to kya bhai ko dobara arrest kr lege hmari koi bat ni suni jayegi....plz help us...

You need to get the apprehension complaint drafted for the same n submit at concerned police station, secondly u must get the same drafted via advocate to make sure to cover all legalities …plz b in touch asap

If your brother got bail it's better to stay away from the complainant generally it is very tough to get the bail cancelled by Judge. There are certain grounds on which generally and accused is enlarged on bail so it's better to adhere those conditions otherwise the other party may move bail cancellation against you for more details you may call thank you

hello client as uou are saying your brothwr got tge bail but now the victim is trying go haras your brother and baill cancellation is been moved as you said to stop bail cancellation we need to go through the whole case file to so i am able to help you. do not be tense your brother bail can be protected.
