Complainant is not receiving the summons nor coming to hearing

I have a false 354 complaint on me, the complainant has ghosted after filing the complaint in a fit of rage. She is not receiving the summon nor coming on hearings. Only 161 and 164 is recorded. The court has given 4 dates but she didn't come on any date. What can I do here? My lawyer is not doing anything, he is just appearing on date as formality. How can I expedite the process? Every time next date given in 2 months. Its been 11months for 5 hearing just waiting for her to appear for cross.

As u have told that a false case has been registered against u the come directly before high court for quashing of entire FIR and proceedings initiated against u. It also appears that ur lawyer is not taking keen interest otherwise he could have moved applications for expediating the proceedings .Contact me for further help.

you can file an quashment petition before the Hon'ble hight court of madhya pradesh bench at indore and get the FIR quashed on this stage. or other wise you can request for imposing cost and for closing the right to prosecute.
