I have a false 354 complaint on me, the complainant has ghosted after filing the complaint in a fit of rage. She is not receiving the summon nor coming on hearings. Only 161 and 164 is recorded. The court has given 4 dates but she didn't come on any date. What can I do here? My lawyer is not doing anything, he is just appearing on date as formality.How can I expedite the process? Every time next date given in 2 months. Its been 11months for 5 hearing just waiting for her to appear for cross.
