Company threatening my husband as he is a witness in government case

I seek justice against ABC who are involved in making my husband life miserable and forcing him to commit suicide. My husband life is in deep depression and under suicidal mind due to the harassments of ABC. ABC and my husband had business relations and in 2012, ABC did fraud and cheating using my husband company’s name and cheated my husband for huge money. Govt of India had already ordered ABC to pay over Rs 100 Cr. Since my husband is a witness in government case, ABC is not paying his money, threatened him, did firing on his car and filed many civil/criminal cases in Pune courts to harass him. All business of my husband is closed and his all life earnings had gone. ABC powerful company money power (public listed company) using all their power to keep my husband silent. ABC also filed false cases against persons who tried to help my husband. On 6th Sept my husband attempted to commit suicide and left the enclosed note by email. By God’s grace by timely medical help. Please advise
Hi, I would suggest you to file police complaint against that company. You may seek police protection from the concerned court where your husband is a witness. Gather all proof which shows the harassment by company on your husband. The company may also be dragged in attempt to murder clauses. You may also approach a criminal lawyer so that you get good legal support.

if ABC giving threat be to cause death then file the complaint/FIR against the ABC in concerned police station and you take the security from the police for her husband. If you proof of msg or any other proof of threats to her husband then one application filed in the concerned case of ABC.

I think you have not been properly helped by your lawyer may be he might have turned hostile for the reasons best known to him. Your complaint is vague and not specific. However, if in spite of the Government of India's order the accused company has not paid money due to your husband, you may file a proper representation to this effect with the competent authority. As regards criminal intimidation and criminal assault on your husband by the goons of the accused company, you may file a police report to this effect and in case the police is lethargic or does not take appropriate action on your complaint you may file a criminal complaint with the police.
