I AM AN AGENT IN ALCHEMIST LTD COMPANY AND SINCE 1 YEAR THE COMPANY IS NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT I HAVE ALL BOND AND CHEQUE SO I NEED THE SAFTY ORDER FROM COURT THAT AGENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE THE COMPANY RESPONSBLE TO RETURND THE MONEY AND POLICE IS CALLING AND HAREESMENT ME SO I NEED THE SAFTY ORDER

Since you are only an agent, police cannot arrest/harass you. You need to obtain a stay of proceedings from high court under section 482 of cr.p.c and thereby prevent yourself from being harassed.

When the Bond is issued by the Company the police have no right to harass you and insist for the payment from your pocket. You can raise the complaint to the higher ups like DCP, Commissioner of police regarding the harassment meted out by you from the police who are troubling you. If the commissioner didn't turnip then knock the door of the Hon'ble High Court by filing a writ petition complaining the illegal actions of the police to be stopped.
