Company lying on social media as well as to the conusmer court

the company is clearly at fault and I want my money back. since they are also lying to the conusmer court will i get my legal fees reimbursed if I take counsel?

firstly I would like to advise you to consult legal counsel advise then go for the consumer court and if order comes in your favour the court will ask the other party pay you compensation. accordingly your legal counsel fees will be reimbursed.
