Dear Mr. Prashant, you may still move a fresh bail application or appeal against the rejection order of the bail application, after seeking legal advice on perusal of the rejection order. with respect to delay in submission of chargesheet, you may file an appropriate application in the court on legal advice.

If bail application was rejected, you can either move another application now with different set of facts or you can challenge the earlier rejected bail application in the High Court. You should immediately connect to a good criminal lawyer to get her bail. Also you can file a separate application thereby seeking the directions of the court against the police to submit the charge sheet or expedite the investigation. Thanks

You should file an other bail application or you should challenge the rejected bail application in the High Court itself. You should also file an application, seeking the directions of the court against Police in order to submit the charge sheet and expedite the investigation. You should immediately approach a good criminal lawyer in order to get her bail. Please contact if you have any further queries.
